Here are some of the common questions that we have received so far.

I want to make a purchase. How do I do it?

Its really easy! Just follow these steps.


Step 1: In the product page, select the desired quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking "ADD TO CART".


Step 2: When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner. This will display all items in the cart. 


Step 3: Click "VIEW CART" and check that all products and quatities are right. You may still edit the quantity or remove items here.


Step 4: Once  done with Step 2 and 3, click "CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL".

Step 5: Select your country and click "CONTINUE"


Step 6: Choose a delivery option and click "CONTINUE"


Step 7: You're almost done! Click "CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL"


Step 8: Choose between "Pay with my PayPal account" or "Pay with my credit or debit card". Key in your credit/debit card details and click "PAY" at the bottom of the page.


Step 9: Upon completion of order, you would receive an email confirmation from PayPal including your purchase details and shipping information. 

"Checkout with PayPal"? What if I dont have a PayPal Account?
You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments! "Checkout with PayPal" allows us to accept credit card payment easily. If you just click on the checkout button, it will bring you to a credit card payment page where you can charge your credit card for your purchase.

If you have selected "Self-Collection" as your desired shipping method, please contact us at to make arrangements. Please attach in your email a copy of your purchase receipt for validation.


Standard Shipping

If you have selected "Standard Shipping", we will ship out your parcel within 3 working days from the date the order was placed. Parcel Tracking number will be sent via email.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our products are carefully inspected before being displayed on the shelves. But in the event you received a faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective Products
We do not provide cash refund on any defective items. Defective products may only be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.


How can I exchange my items?
Only defective items are allowed to be exchanged. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, completely unused with all the tags and the original packaging. Goods will be inspected once received. Customer will receive exchange in terms of store credits.
